Appointments

• Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

Deposit Payments

• We require a 50%deposit payment to reserve your service appointments
• Collected deposits may be refundable when canceling within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Collected deposits may be nonrefundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
• Collected deposits may be nonrefundable, but applied as a credit to future invoices when canceling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
